If you need additional help diagnosing an issue, you can always reach out to support.
Please generate a diagnostic report on your job or instance issue and send it to support for troubleshooting.
If DSS is down, you can ssh into your DSS server and create a diagnostic from the command line using this command:
<DATA_DIR>/bin/dssadmin run-diagnosis -cfls diag.zip
