How-to | Contact support on Dataiku Cloud#
If you need to contact support on a Dataiku Cloud instance:
Click the Help (
) icon in the top navigation bar.
Find the Support section.
Choose to either:
Raise a ticket for a technical issue, such as an error that you can’t resolve.
Start a chat with an agent for more general queries on Dataiku usage.
