How-to | Contact support on Dataiku Cloud#

If you need to contact support on a Dataiku Cloud instance:

  1. Click the Help (Help icon.) icon in the top navigation bar.

  2. Find the Support section.

  3. Choose to either:

  • Raise a ticket for a technical issue, such as an error that you can’t resolve.

  • Start a chat with an agent for more general queries on Dataiku usage.
